Monday: AM 2 miles PM 1ooo-meter outdoor swim. Core/lifting
Tuesday: AM 2 miles lots of pain. PM 1500+ yards indoor no wetsuit. 30:09
Wednesday: PM 1650 yards swimming 32:30 Felt great

Friday:
Saturday:
Sunday:

Total: 4 miles on land almost 3 on water
